Lift Your Eyes - A Creation Hymn
Part 3

Adam ate from the tree God commanded not to eat.
The serpent told them like God they would be.
From the Garden of Eden the two were banished.
Their sin affected you and me.

“God loved the world so much He sent His Son”.
From Satan’s grasp, Jesus set us free.
And through His life and death, the battle was won.
He gave us life for eternity.

Our God is mighty, faithful and loving
Created us and the world that we see.
So finely made, we were brought forth from nothing;
“A mere faint whisper of His deeds.”

O Lord, how majestic is Your name
The skies proclaim all the work of your hands.
The earth is so full of Your unfailing love;
And Your compassion knows no end

Lift your eyes and look to the heavens
The Lord created all of these.
